I can hear and see everyone but my camera will not turn on so no one can see me. When not in Hangout, the camera works fine. I used IE to go into hangouts. Still wouldn't load. Skype works fine on my laptop but Google Hangouts only shows a black screen. I have no problems with other computers that I use. I hooked up an external camera to my laptop and I get a black screen with that also. Google tech support could not figure it out. I would love to hear if anybody else has this issue or knows a work-around.
